How do I pay for the service ? We accept cash payment or payment to be made into our bank account. However, we require 10% deposit before completing a job.

Do you provide a receipt ? Yes we provide  receipt. This can be provided to you after payment and completion of your job. We can also email you an electronic receipt.

How many days notice to I need to give you ?  We require  10 days notice for all big removal jobs. All  man and van jobs require 24 hours notice.

Are you responsible for Disassembling and reassembling? NO .  All disassembling  and reassembling jobs attract additional charges. Charges depends on the size of the job. On average we charge £5 for each items.

Do you provide packaging boxes and other packaging materials? No . Customers are required to  get their own boxes and other packaging materials.

Are you responsible for Packing and Unpacking? Our service is restricted to loading and unloading of your goods. If you require packing and Unpacking, we can assist with this at a charge of £20 per hour. This service includes disconnection of cooker, dryer and washing machine.

Do you provide Insurance ? Yes. Our service comes with  a full goods in Transit insurance worth £5000 as well as breakdown cover. Please let us know if you will require a more comprehensive good in transit insurance on your goods.

Can I travel with my goods? Yes you can. This is entirely up to you. We can let you travel with your goods from the collection point to the delivery point.
