How do I pay for your man and van service?
We accept cash or bank transfer payments. A 10% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the job.
Will I receive a receipt after payment?
Yes, absolutely. We provide a receipt after every completed job. This can be issued as a printed copy or sent electronically via email upon request.
How much notice do I need to book?
- Large removals (house or office moves): Minimum 10 days’ notice recommended
- Man and van services / small moves: Minimum 24 hours’ notice
For urgent requests, we also offer same day man and van services, subject to availability.
Do you dismantle and reassemble furniture?
Yes, we can assist with furniture disassembly and reassembly.
This service is charged separately, depending on the size and complexity of the items.
Do you provide packing materials such as boxes?
Currently, customers are required to provide their own packing boxes and materials.
However, we’re happy to advise you on the best packaging options if needed.
Do you offer packing and unpacking services?
Yes, we do. Our standard service covers loading and unloading, but we can also assist with packing and unpacking at an additional cost.
- Packing & unpacking rate: From £20 per hour
This service can also include basic disconnection of appliances such as washing machines, dryers, and cookers.
Is my move insured?
Yes. All our services include Goods in Transit insurance up to £5,000, along with breakdown cover for your peace of mind.
If you require additional or higher-value insurance cover, please let us know in advance.
Can I travel in the van with my belongings?
Yes, you are welcome to travel with your goods from the collection point to the delivery location if you wish.
