1. Booking Process

1.1 All requests for man and van bookings must be made exclusively through our website.

1.2 Quotations provided by the Company do not include insurance coverage.

1.3 Quotations are valid for a period of 14 days. Amendments to the quotation may be made under certain circumstances after this period.

1.4 Amendments to the quotation may occur in the following situations:

a. If the work is not completed within 14 days due to the client’s actions.

b. If there are changes to the nature of the work requested on the submitted quote form.

c. If accessibility issues arise at the premises, such as inadequate entrances/exits for our vehicle or insufficient parking arrangements.

2. Additional Charges and Liability

2.1 Additional charges may apply for parking fees, fines, or other operational expenses incurred during the job, unless caused by our negligence.

2.2 Our liability is limited during the course of work, including congestion charge fees, Low Emission Zone charges, and other operational costs.

3. Services Not Included

3.1 The following services are not included in our quotation:

a. Dismantling or assembling furniture.

b. Disconnecting, reconnecting, or dismantling appliances or equipment.

c. Laying fitted floor coverings.

d. Moving items to or from a loft without proper lighting, flooring, and safe access.

e. Disposal of refuse or waste.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Clients are responsible for:

a. Arranging adequate goods in transit insurance.

b. Obtaining necessary permits and permissions for removal work.

c. Being present or represented during the collection and delivery process.

d. Ensuring accuracy of receipts, invoices, and inventories.

e. Providing proper protection for items left unattended.

f. Preparing appliances or electronic equipment for removal.

g. Ensuring cleanliness and proper preparation of domestic and garden appliances.

h. Providing correct contact information during removal, transit, or storage.

i. Arranging transport, storage, or disposal of goods listed in the quote form.

j. Accepting liability for any loss or damage resulting from failure to fulfill these responsibilities, except in cases of our negligence or breach of contract.

5. Prohibited Items

5.1 Prohibited items not to be submitted for removal or storage include:

a. Potentially dangerous or explosive items.

b. Valuables such as jewelry, money, or securities.

c. Items likely to attract pests or cause contamination.

d. Perishable items, live animals, or plants.

e. Goods requiring special licenses for import or export.

f. Prohibited or stolen goods, drugs, or illegal materials.

6. Payment and VAT

6.1 Charges for postponement or cancellation of removal services are applicable based on the notice period provided.

6.2 Payment terms require full payment upon acceptance of the contract, with various payment methods accepted.

6.3 VAT will be added to removal or storage costs at the prevailing rate.

7. Liability and Claims

7.1 Our liability for loss or damage is limited, and specific terms apply to international removals.

7.2 Claims for loss or damage must be made within a specified time frame.

7.3 We are not liable for delays in transit or events beyond our control.

8. Other Terms

8.1 We reserve the right to hold goods in lien for unpaid charges.

8.2 Sub-contracting of work may occur.

8.3 We have the right to choose the method, route, and location for carrying out the work.

8.4 Terms and conditions apply to competitions run by our company, including eligibility criteria, entry guidelines, prize allocation, and dispute resolution.
